Indoor unit attic has a supply of 126 and a return of 79 wit a 47 delta. Visible ductwork looks good and the EZ trap was cleaned out. Voltage enhancement system read 12 with a factory setting of 12.5 and is within allowable fault. Blower wheel a little dirty, due to difficulty of cleaning wheel it'd be a level 2 cleaning, where the customer would only have to pay the difference in price as shown in cleaning estimate. Wheel spins without restriction and the bearing is tight. Board has no burn marks on it. Exhaust removal system spins without restriction and had an amp reading of 2.8 with a factory setting of 2.8. Cleaned burners and none of them looked distorted. Cleaned flame safety system and the ignitor looks fine. Filter looks ok, recommend customer checks at end of the month. Checked condensate line from both primary and secondary heat exchangers and they look fine. Ignition occurred with no problems with the flame being blue and no flames rolling back. Club Service. In cooling return temperature 77. and supply temperature 57 with a 20 degree temperature difference. Successfully ran gas warm air furnace through all stages of operation. Return temperature 78 degrees, warm supply temperature 109 degrees, total heat rise 31 degrees. customer. Draft motor amps were 2.9 to 3.1. Within a timely manner the gas ignited into a solid blue flame with no yellow tips. Cleaned flame sensor, cleaned all burners, brushed off control board, cleaned inside and outside cabinet with microfiber towel, and vacuumed throughout. Inspected blower motor wheel which looks ok and runs without restriction. Blower motor amps were 5.4, and its voltage enhancement system read 13.1 vs factory spec of 12.5 which means it is also within allowable fault. Tightened all screws, and electrical connections. Confirmed the uv bulb was working Furnace is in proper working order at this time.

Indoor unit has a supply of 67 with a return of 81 with a 14 delta. Voltage absorption system read 6.74 with a factory setting of 7.5 and is below allowable fault. The blower wheel spun without restriction and the bearing is tight. Cleaned indoor coil and the condensate line drained properly. Heat exchanger looks fine as does visible ductwork. Air filter looks good. Outdoor unit voltage absorption system read 5/22.8 with a factory setting of 5/40 and is below allowable fault. The FLA and RLA were good, cleaned outdoor unit and tightened the disconnect.

Voltage absorption system read 19.9 with a factory setting of 20 and is within allowable fault. The blower compartment was dirty and cleaned, blower wheel looks good. Blower wheel spins without restriction and the bearing is tight. Coil looks good as does pan, recommend pan treatment to help keep coil clean. Heat exchanger looks good. Air filter changed customer supplied they have one extra left. Outdoor unit voltage absorption system read 4.9/40 with a factory setting of 5/40 and is within allowable fault. The FLA is 0.6 with a factory setting of 0.95 and the RLA is 5.4 with a factory setting of 12.8. Disconnect was tightened and outdoor unit cleaned.

Voltage absorption system read 12 with a factory setting of 12.5 and is within allowable fault. Heat exchanger and ductwork both look good. Indoor unit garage has a supply of 57 and a return of 71 with a 14 delta. Indoor unit supply is 54 and return is 72 with a 18 delta. Coil looks good as does the pan. Couldnt see ductwork but the ductwork coming from unit looks good. Voltage absorption system read 12.9 with a factory setting of 12.5 and is within allowable fault. Blower is dirty, recommend it gets cleaned in fall. Blower spins without restriction and the bearing is tight. Unit had no air filter which is a 16x25x1, customer said they'd get. Heat exchanger looks good too. Outdoor unit voltage absorption system read 4.9/34.5 with a factory setting of 5/35 and is within allowable fault. The FLA is 0.6 with a factory setting of 1.3 and the RLA is 5 with a factory setting of 13.7. Outdoor unit cleaned and disconnect tightened.

Ten-year-old Trane heat pump (air handler in the attic). The outdoor ambient temp was approximately 53 degrees and the indoor dry bulb was 68. Removed the three dirty air filters (the customer didn't know about them) and told the customer to buy more. The cool supply air was 52 degrees and the room temperature return air was 67 degrees for a Delta T of 15. Measured .8 Amperes and 120 Volts on the air circulation system. Verified the circuit board and wiring were in good condition. Cleaned the indoor coil and added a pan treatment strip to help keep the coil pan clean. The electronic refrigerant leak detector test proved negative. Purged the condensation pipe and the water removal system's discharge tube with CO2, and added some descaler to prevent clogs. 10-year-old upside down conterflow propane furnace in the garage for the first floor. Removed the very dirty air filter and told the customer to buy more. It hadn't been replaced since I was here in April 2017. Replaced the humidifier filter pad. The warm supply air was 106 degrees and the room temperature return air was 68 degrees for a Delta T of 38. This is within the manufacturer's recommended rating. Measured 2.9 Amperes and 120 Volts on the combustion exhaust system, 24 Volts on the barometric sensor and fuel distribution system, .4 Amperes and 120 Volts on the ignition system (didn't see any chips or cracks to soon cause a failure), and approximately four Amperes and 120 Volts on the air circulation system. The latter's new voltage enhancer had a correct uF charge. Cleaned the burner tubes and the burner and air circulation compartments. The fins on the latter are starting to accrue too much caked-on dirt and dust. A blower cleaning will be needed in the next couple of years. Ca
