Unit has a supply of 113 with a 65 return 48 delta. Blower wheel dirty, cleaned and compartment looks good. Blower wheel spins without restriction and the bearing is tight with an amp reading of 1.3 with a factory setting of 1.6. Board looks good with no burn marks and connections are tight. Exhaust removal system spins without restriction and the amp reading was 0.9 with a factory setting of 3.5. Cleaned burners and flame safety system, both look good and ignitor looks good too. Ignition occured with no problems, flame was blue with hints of orange and no flames rolling back. Air filter looks good, recommend checking at the end of December. Pressure switch amps 0.3, high limit amps 0.4 and sensor amps 0.05. System normal operation at this time.

Rejuvenation lp gas furnace. When trying to turn thermostat to heat setting, it wasn't an option. Only cool and off were available. Unlocked installer settings and found that no heat system was programmed into thermostat. Set heat system to two stage gas and went back to home screen. Heat cells available now. Cleaned sensing system. Air movement and circulation system clean. Capacitance fully charged for exhaust removal system. Cleaned ez trap water removal system. Ignition system has no burn marks. Flame rectification proven. Fuel delivery system running at proper pressures for both low and high stages. All systems running at proper voltage and amperes. All safety systems working properly. Heat rise within factory specifications. System running as it should. Programmed daily schedule to customers needs.

Magness room, Harbor night room, Conservatory, kitchen, and the orchard suite. The 3 Zone 2 ton outdoor unit will condition the Eleanor room, the summer Retreat room, and the living room. This system includes both electrical circuits, all materials and labor, and is covered by a 12-year Parts 12-year labor warranty.

10-year-old Amana propane furnace, 11-year-old Carrier indoor coil, and 10-year-old condenser. The outdoor ambient temp was approximately 81 degrees. Replaced the dirty air filter with one provided by the customer, and confirmed the UV light was still working. The cool supply air was 55 degrees and the room temperature return air was 75 for a Delta T of 20. Measured 7.44 Amperes on the air circulation system, the indoor coil was clean, and I verified the circuit board and wiring were in good condition. Purged the condensation pipe with CO2, and also the water removal system's discharge tube, and added some descaler to the U trap and the system's pump to prevent clogs.
