We recently had John Anderson the Sales Manager for Moon Air out to my grandmothers residence. I'm not sure why the competition isn't handling their customers like Moon Air does, but they've got it down pat. Clean look, very presentable and took his time in presenting the material and listened to what we wanted. He worked with us and his only modus operandi was to make sure we receive the right system to service the home. The pricing presented was very affordable and we are sure Moon Air is the company we want to do business with. Performed duct cleaning, cleaned blower, condensate line and pan. Used bioforce to sanitize ductwork afterwards. Performed operations test by turning system on. Normal operations at this time.
Low hot water supply, adjust aqua-stat low limit, checked supply water temp held between 18 deg and 121 deg, operation nmormal at this time.
Water leak near boiler, not related to work done yesterday, a Shark-Bite fitting for the domestic hot water started leaking, cut out all three of the Shark-Bite fittings and replumbed, checked for leaks, ok at this time.
Leak from boiler, checked system and found that the expansion system has failed and needs to be replaced, in addition the mixing valve is starting to fail and the pressure temp guage needs to be replaced.
Indoor unit supply is 110 with a 77 return and 43 heat rise. Voltage enhancement system read 4.9 with a factory setting of 5 and is within allowable fault. Air filter was dirty, changed customer supplied they have 4 left. Showed customer
