Supply Temperature 49.1 return Temperature 69. Total delta t 20 degrees. Changed air filter supplied by customer. Flushed drain with cleaner and 1 gallon of water. Checked evaporator coil, and blower they are clean. Checked all eletrical connections they are tight. Checked out door system. Lowside PSI 127. EV 43.7. SH 8.9. Highside 257. Rla 4.6. Fla 0.7 voltage enhancement system read within factory spec. Condenser coil is cleanOperation normal at this time

Inspected all 3 indoor units, started off by checking for any burnt or loose connections, customer changes filters, blew out the condensation lines, all blower fans were clean, coils are clean, all duct work is secure & fairly clean, all capacitors for the indoor fans are still in factory specs. All 3 outdoor units, First I started off by checking for any burnt or loose connections, then I tested the capacitor, all 3 are still in factory specs, one had a hard start. Cleaned out the electrical cabinet, coils are clean. Customers units are ready for the summer **Customer would like 2 new thermostats and thermostats wiring in living room moved.

Warranty parts and labor. arrival found system completely empty of refrigerant. Pressure tested to 350 psi found leak on small line rubbing on suction line causing Leak, brazed leak with nitrogen. Pressure tested at 400 psi. Held for 20 minutes. Triple evacuated to 170 microns added 6 pounds and 1 oz also added 9 extra ozs due to line set length. Test ran system in cooling and heating operation normal at this time

Performed rejuvenation on a/c system, checked parts and operations, checked temp split across indoor heat transfer media, return 72 deg and supply 54 deg, checked condensate removal system, indoor blower was operating normal, checked air ranger filter which was clean, all components in outdoor unit were not worn and working to manufacturers specs, system is working normally at this time.

two year old heat pump. On thermostat showed a allert symol to changed filter, which the homeowner rencently did. got a return temp of 72, and a warm supply temp of 116, total delta t of 44. all eletrical wireing is in good condition. blower motor looks clean. added a pan treatment to pan. Cleaned EZ trap saftey sensor and used galo gun to clean drain. Outdoor unit contactor showed no sighns of pitting rla read 5.4 and fla read 0.7 within factory spec. also botrh voltage enhacements systems are within factory spec.unit is running in working order at this time.

Follow up from our last visit, no A/C, checked outdoor system and found that the new gate that was installed had failed, installed replacement, start and test run, operation normal at this time.

Upon arrival Outdoor unit voltage absorption system read 5/45 with a factory setting of 5/45. The FLA is 0.6 with a factory setting of 1.1 and the RLA is 6 with a factory setting of 16.7. Outdoor unit cleaned and disconnect tightened. 0.6 6

Two-year-old heat pump. Checked the air filter and it didn't need to be replaced. The outdoor ambient temp was approximately 36 degrees and the indoor dry bulb was 70. The cool supply air was 40 degrees and the room temperature return air was 65 degrees for a Delta T of 25. Cleaned the EZ Trap safety sensor and added some descaler to prevent a condensation clog. The indoor coil was clean and black growth wasn't developing inside. Verified the circuit board and wiring were in good condition. Measured 1.75 Amperes and 120 volts on the air circulation system and its voltage enhancer had a correct uF charge. The refrigerant pumping system's run amps were 5.4 (RLA is 14), the start amps were 4.8, and the air exhaust system's amps were .55 (FLA is .95). The blades, defrost board, disconnect, witing, and voltage distributor were in good condition. The outdoor voltage also had a correct uF charge. The latter had a normal 244 Volts across it. The outdoor coil was clean.
