Upon arrivalold filter was dirty and was Changed. found slight froze build up on suction line. Fan speed was set to low set fan speed on air no more froze. Found very small leak at Schrader core tighten Schrader core Refrigerant pressures they were 115/329 sh was 24 should be 5 at 58 wet bulb and 85 outdoor drybulb

A/C Rejuvenation Preformed Inspected indoor unit, Electrical components and safety controls are working properly. Inspected wiring for looseness, cracks, burns or improper connections. Inspected all voltage and amperage readings. Return grill and plenum are clean, filter is clean. Evaporator coil is clean, blower is clean , supply and return is clean. Fan is reading .92a. DT is a 24 degree difference Ducts are properly installed and secure Inspected outdoor unit. Electrical Components are working properly. Inspected all wiring for looseness, cracks, burns or improper connections. Inspected all voltage and amperage. All are within recommended range Refrigerant pressures 102/137. Fan .5a. Comp 4.6a. Voltage enhancement system is 35/5 with 5% tolerance, reading 34/4.7. Unit is properly cooling at this point in time

A/C system trips breaker sometimes, checked and found that the voltage enhancement system was below factory spec 40/5, actual 35/4.9, installed replacement and test ran, compressor run load amps 9.5, 6ctual 6.8 a little high, outdoor fan full load amps .7, actual .5 suction 69, delta t 19 degrees, operation normal at this time.

Ac rejuv. Changed filters supplied by customer. Supply temp 53 degrees, return temp 70, total delta t 17 degrees. Checked eletrical conections. Checked blower and evaporator coil are clean. Cleaned ez trap with brush. Checked outdoor unit cleaned coil with water. Checked capacitor it read within factory spec Checked voltage gateway it is not pitted. Checked eletrical conections cleaned out eletrical cabinet operation normal at this time

Ax rejuv changed filter supplied by customer. Supply temp 40 degrees, return temp 60, total delta t 20 degrees. Wiped down furnace. Flushed condesate drain with 1 gallon of water and cleaner, also cleared drain with Gallo gun because it was draim slowly, and drain is draining better.Checked evaporator coil it. Checked eletrical conections on control board.. Checked blower motor capacitor it read 16.1 vs factory spec of 15. Blower motor amps 7.4. Redid tape on evaporator coil. Rla 7.1 fla 1.2. Capitor rad 47/4.8. Brushed out eletrical cabinet. Checked eletrical conections. Checked voltage gateway it isn't pitted Cleaned coil with water only.

Heating Rejuvenation Outdoor unit voltage enhancement system read 4.8/33.6uf with a factory setting of 5/35uf and is within allowable fault. The FLA is 0.55 and the RLA is 4.5. Tested defrost cycle and wiped snow off top. Indoor unit has a supply of 98 and a return of 74 with a 24 delta. With electric heat supply was 124. The blower amps 1.5. Voltage enhancement system read 9.17uf with a factory setting of 10uf and has failed. Replaced via warranty, test ran and working fine. Electric heat amps 19.5. Wire and connections good. Replaced air filter customer supplied, filter size 20x20x1. Blower wheel still clean, spins without restriction. System normal operation at this time.

Club furnace. Supply temp 116, return temp 75. Total heat rise 41 and is within factory spec of 35-65. Changed filter. Draft motor amps 0.8 blower motor amps 7.1 . voltage enhancement system read 15 uf vs factory spec of 15 uf blower is clean. Did wd40 wipedown on interior and exterior of furnace. Cleaned burners. Cleaned flame sensor checked heat exchanger also home owner was wondering if the furnace was leaking because she just noticed a wet spot of plywood platform today. Also this is the first time the furnace has ran this year checked for leaks at and around furnace it is not leaking (see photo) home owner had called a plumber to take alook at the waterc ofter that is right next to furnace operation normal at this time

Found one of the wires was loose inside of the airhandler which caused it to burn up and a disconnection in voltage. Made wiring repair, system is now working normally at this time.

Made repairs to the oil fired hot water boiler, installed replacement burner motor, fuel pump, combustion chamber, ignition control, cleaned and serviced system as per contract, test ran equipment, operation normal at this time. Condensate leak from the attic system was due to a drain line that was not glued, repaired and test with water.

No hot water, checked system and found that part of the combustion wall had fallen into the way of the flame which caused the primary control system to go into lock out and also damaged the end of the control, the combustion wall and the control need to be replaced.

Geting a 17 degree delta y. Filter looks ok. Checked blower, evaporator and pan all are clean checked condesate drain and did not detect any clogs. Checked outdoor system coil is clean. Voltage enhancement system read within factory spec of 35/6. Voltage gateway haves no pitting. Rla tead 7.8, fla read 0.8 operation normal at this time

Indoor unit has a supply of 53 with a 72 return and 19 delta. Voltage enhancement system read 19.8 with a factory setting of 20 and is within allowable fault. Blower wheel is clean and spins without restriction and the bearing is tight. Filter dirty, 14x24x1 recommend customer gets new filter soon. Cleaned EZ trap and checked indoor coil. Coil and pan are both clean, installed large pan treatment. Heat exchanger looks fine. Outdoor unit voltage enhancement system read 5/44.5 with a factory setting of 5/45 and is within allowable fault. The coil, exterior and interior look good. Checked disconnect for safety and system normal operation at this time.

Indoor unit has a supply of 48 with a 68 return and 20 delta. Voltage enhancement system read 35 with a factory setting of 35. Blower wheel clean and spins without restriction and the bearing is tight. Board looms good, connections are tight. Filter is a little dirty, recommend they check at end of May to see if it needs replacement. Coil and pan were a little dirty, cleaned both with cleaner. Cleaned condensate line, tested and pump came on. Outdoor unit voltage enhancement system read 5/45 with a factory setting of 5/45. Cleaned outdoor coil and checked disconnect. Unit normal operation at this time.

Voltage enhancement system read 9.5 with a factory setting of 10 and is within allowable fault. Elements read 19.8 amps and turned on with auxiliary heat. Blower wheel was dirty, cleaned and blower wheel spins without restriction and the bearing is tight. Heating elements themselves were intact. Indoor coil a d ductwork looks ok. Board looked good with no burn marks and connections are tight. Cleaned EZ trap and checked filter. In heat mode with auxiliary heat the supply is 124 with a 80 return and delta. Emergency heat supply is 139, turned heat down, then back up, then off then on to test operations. System normal operations at this time. Outdoor unit voltage enhancement system read 4.9/34.1 with a factory setting of 5/35 and is within allowable fault. Condensor drain holes are clear.
