Moon Services Inc. went far above and beyond our expectations. (In the middle of this Coronavirus thing), We had an emergency and needed electrician ASAP. Within minutes (and I mean minutes) of contacting Moon Services Inc. there master electrician Tom was at our house and ready to fix the issue. The service that Tom provided was GREAT!!!! Indoor unit has a supply of 56 with a 72 return and a 16 delta. Static pressure supply is 0.32 and return is -0.10. Voltage enhancement system read 12.2 with a factory setting of 12.5 and is within allowable fault. Blower wheel is a little dirty, spins without restriction and the bearing is tight. Changed air filter customer supplied, left some tape on furnace to be able to make handle for filter. Board and connections are good. Replaced existing pan treatment with new one. Cleaned both sides of coil and pan, pump came on during cleaning. Outdoor un it voltage enhancement system read 5/35.8 with a factory setting of 5/40 and is below allowable fault. Customer has parts and labor warranty, covered band option. The FLA is 0.6 and the RLA is 5.4. Coil dirty so cleaner with coil cleaner. Cleared out interior and cleaned exterior. Checked disconnect for safety and system normal operation at this time.
Installing new 80% 80k furnace and 14 SEER 2 ton AC with electric panel replacement. Customer paying with their home equity line of credit through their credit union so they will either have a cashiers check tomorrow (6/12) or a check from their account next week. I told them the office will call in the morning to schedule their installation.
Returned and replaced zone control system, test zone function, operation normal at this time.
Low cooling, checked system and found to be frozen all the way to the outdoor system, also found two dead mice in the return drop. Checked the outdoor system and found that the outdoor heat exchange system is leaking coolant, do not recommend any repairs due to age of system.
Performed duct cleaning on 16 registers. Sanitized ductwork with duct fogger. System normal operation at this time.
Ac club service getting a 18 degree delta. Changed filter supplied by customer. Blower amps 5.6 on hogh speed check all eletrical connections. Checked condesate and did not detect any clogs. Checked blower wheel, evaporator and pan all are clean. Checked outdoor system coil is clean rla 5.2, fla 0.7. Checked all eletrical connections, cleaned debris off of bottom operation normal at this time
Basic ac with duct cleaning, thermostat, and 10 year labor warranty
Getting a 18 degree delt. Changed filter supplied by customer. Blower, evaporator and pan are clean. Blower amps 6.1 on high speed. Checked all eletrical connections. Checked outdoor system cleaned coil. Checked voltage enhancement system and it read within factory spec. Voltage gateway is not piited. Rla 5.4 fla 0.9 operation normal at this time.
Preventive maintenance. Changed all filters, all blowers, evaporator cols, and pans are clean. Cleaned all drains. Checked all duct work. Getting normal temperature difference on all units. Checked all outdoor units all coils are clean all voltage enhancement systems read within factory rating. All voltage gateways had no pitting operation normal at this time
Found system low on refrigerant, did a leak search and found leak at the indoor coil. Recommended replacing the system due to age. Customer set up appointment for one of our project managers to come out.
Indoor unit supply is 52 with a 71 return and 19 delta. Static pressure supply is 0.45 and return is -0.06. Filter was slightly damaged so repaired. Advised customer to use other filter slot to avoid filter getting caught. Saw debris at bottom of return, recommended duct cleaning. Blower wheel looks fine, spins without restriction and the bearing is tight. Both sides of coil ams pan are clean. Cleaned condensate line with brush and installed pan treatment. Outdoor unit voltage enhancement system read 7.5/70 with a factory setting of 10/70 and has fallen below allowable fault. The FLA is 0.84 with a factory setting of 1.7 and the RLA is 8.3 with a factory setting of 21.8. Coil is dirty so cleaned, cleaned exterior and interior is clear. Checked disconnect for safety and system normal operation at this time. Performed repair on voltage enhancement system. Old read 7.5 new 10. New FLA 1.1. Test ran system and good. Customer interested in duct cleaning, recommend doing so after constru
Found water removal system failed, replaced pump, tested pump, system is now working normally at this time.

Found voltage enhancement system failed in heatpump, made repair and system is now working normally at this time. Also did a performance enhancement system and a wiring termination service.
Found breaker off to the outdoor unit, customer had turned breakers off over the weekend to replace the thermostat.
17 SEER 9k BTU mini split
Not a call back. On may 12th I replaced gasket on oil pump that was leaking home owner said a weak later she notice water around condesate pump and when she cleaned it with towels she could smell oil residue on the towels but from further inspection found condesate pump unplugged by her son which was why there was water on floor. Wiped down cabinet she says she does not smell oil any more and (see photos).

Found system low on freon, checked for leak and leak detector picked up a leak in the indoor coil. Recommend replacing air conditioning system. Customer is having a comfort advisor come out to give a quote. Also cap on exhaust piping on roof has come off and needs to be replaced.
