Replace 200 amp panel recessed in garage wall with new.
Follow up from Greg, checked system and found no line voltage to outdoor system, checked panel (T&B) and found that the breaker for the unit had failed, 30 amp, had to replace with 20 amp for now, 60 amp breaker for air handler is also damaged along with the main bus bar, need to schedule our electrician to survey the panel and make nessary repairs.

Replaced with new 7.5cap. Retested all electrical components. Heating Rejuvenation Indoor unit has a supply of 115 with a 77 return and 38 heat rise. Static pressure supply is 0.16 and return is -0.34. Aprilaire air cleaner not working on arrival, vacuumed metal grate and plugged power head into a socket that is working. Recommended air ranger install if homeowner wants an air cleaner or at least use a 16x25x4 air filter. Checked heat exchanger for safety. Tested gas shut off on fuel delivery system and gas line. Cleaned blower wheel and compartment. Voltage enhancement system read 24.6 with a factory setting of 25 and is within allowable fault. Voltage enhancement system for exhaust removal system read 4.9 with a factory setting of 5 and is within allowable fault. Exhaust removal amps were 0.8 and blower amps 5.1. Vacuumed and cleaned burner and furnace area. Flame sensing system read 1.4uA before cleaning and 2.8uA after. Cleaned exterior of furnace. System normal operation at this time.

Did club oil service changed nozzle 65. 80a, and changed filter. Did wd40 wipe down. Cleaned and adjusted electrodes. Bleed air out of system did smoke test. Checked blower wheel. Checked blower capacitor, Checked all eletrical connections operation normal at this time
Cleaned and checked heatpump system in both a/c and heat mode, cooling had a temperature split of 20Â° and heat had a temperature rise of 35Â°, air movement system was drawing 1.0 amps, emergency heat was working properly, voltage enhancement systems were within manufacturers specs, compressor drawing 6.5 amps, heatpump is working normally at this time. U.V. bulb needs to be replaced, customer would like a price for it and wanted to see if we could mail it to him.
Replaced 8 outlets and 1 switch. 3 of the outlets were damaged . Need to bring back at a later date a 3 gang white plate with 2 switches and 1 outlet, a 4 way white switch and a 3 way white switch. 6 tandem 20 amp Cutler Hammer breakers.
Club service two systems, attic system, air filter new, compressor run load amps factory spec 11.7, actual 3.7, outdoor fan full load amps factory spec. 74, actual .5, voltage enhancement system factory spec 35/5, actual 34/4.3, component is rusted but within factory specifications. Basement system, test ran in cooling and found to be low on coolant due to small leaks on the indoor heat exchange system, do not recommend any repairs due to the age of the system.
No A/C, outdoor air movement system not running, checked and found that the voltage enhancement system is well below the factory spec of 35/5, actual 31.2/5, actual 31.2/.7, do not recommend any other repairs due to the age of the system, A/C system is 20 years old, and the furnace is 4 years old. Installed replacement components and test ran the system, suction 70, liquid 190, delta t 18 degrees, operation within factory specifications at this time.

Found problem with voltage conversion system. Also found indoor heat transfer media dirty; voltage enhancer for air circulation system failing and motor bearings are leaking oil; condensate removal pump bad; mismatched A/C equipment, 3-1/2 ton indoor and 4 ton outdoor. Performed basic voltage conversion system repair. Cleaned indoor heat transfer media. Exhaust removal system is noisy and has vibration. Cleaned and tested flame safety system. Adjusted pressure in fuel delivery system. System is working at this time. Recommend replacement of system due to age, condition, cost of future repairs, and improper sizing of A/C equipment.
club service oil. Air filter looks clean. Changed nozzle and changed oil filter. cleaned cad cell, cleaned oil gun, cleaned electrodes and adjusted them. smoke test came up clear. bled air/oil out of the system. found indoor voltage enhacement system la ying on the bottom of the cabinet, mouted it to prevent short or spark. oil furnace is running properly at this time.
Club Service. Successfully ran heat pump through operation. Return temperature 75 degrees, Warm supply temperature 105, Total heat rise 30 degrees. Filter changed provided by customer. Inspected and Tighten all screws, and electrical connections. brushed off control board, cleaned inside and outside cabinet with microfiber towel, and throughout. Inspected blower motor wheel which looks clean, and runs without restriction. Blower motor amps were 5.1. coil looks clean and drain as well, recommened and installed pan treatment to keep it that way. Successfully Test ran outdoor unit defrost cycle. Rla 7.4 Amps, fla 0.6 amps, Outdoor voltage enhancement system read 37.5/5.4 vs factory spec of 35/5., and is within allowable fault. Voltage gateway system is getting 244 volts through it with no voltage drop and shows no pitting on contacts. unit is working properly at this time.
Unit not running. Checked air handler and found water switch was open. Checked condensate pan and found a crack in the pan to the indoor coil. Caulked for tempory fix. Also checked refrigerant charge and found no problem.
