All of the people I dealt with are Awesome folks, but I think they have been provided not so good business practice workflow.. I understand that every opportunity the vendor gets it's a potential lead for more business.. But looks like management lacks understanding on how to put Customer experience first. To summarize, with each visit the amount of recommended service goes up with greater amount spending.. I get that, the proactive corrective action can prevent costly repair later.. But when the customer calls to get a issue fix, they just the issue fixed and not be told for many other issues that might come.. I just felt like you guys just wanted to get more and more money.. Sorry.

Returned and installed replacement fuel delivery systemm, removed and cleaned burners and flame sensor, test ran equipment, operation normal at this time.
Club serivce follow up, furnace does not heat sometimes, cycled system and found very low flame current, less than 1 uamp, removed and cleaned sensor now at 2.2 uamps, no other problems found, installed replacement proving system and test ran, operation normal at this time.
b Service. Successfully ran gas warm air furnace through all stages of operation. Return temperature 75 degrees, warm supply temperature 130 degrees, total heat rise 35 degrees. Changed filter provided by customer. Draft motor amps were 1.20 vs factory spec of 1.33 which means it is within allowable fault.Within a timely manner the gas ignited into a solid blue flame with no yellow tips. Cleaned flame sensor, burners look new and in good condition. Innspected blower motor wheel which looks dirty and recommend cleaning. Blower motor amps were 4.5. tightened all screws, and electrical connections. Furnace is in proper working order at this time.
club oil service. changed filter, cleaned oil canister, changed all gaskets, oil strainer looks clear, changed nozzle 1.25, 80a. cleaned electrodes, adjusted electrodes, cleaned gun with wire brush, smoke test came up clear vamcummed heat exchanger. homeowner is low on oil recommed getting oil.

Indoor unit in heating has a supply of 135 with a 76 return and a 59 delta. Both humidifier filter and air filter look fine, recommend checking air filter at end of December. Voltage enhancement system read 10 with a factory setting of 10 on blower assembly. Board has no burn marks on it and connections are tight. Blower wheel and compartment look good, blower wheel spins without restriction and the bearing is tight. Exhaust removal system voltage enhancement system read 5 with a factory setting of 5. Exhaust removal system spins without restriction or sound. Cleaned the flame safety system and the burners, both look good. Ignitor looks fine, ignited gas no problems. Ignition occurred with no problems, flame was blue with no flames rolling back. Blower amps were 7.6, ignitor amps were 0.5, high limit amps were 0.4 and pressure switch amps were 0.4. Indoor coil and pan look good, installed pan treatment. Unit normal operation at this time and wiped down exterior of unit, recommend air c

Successfully ran three year old lp gas warm air furnace through operation. did combustion test 02 7.4%, co2 8.9%, 92% ef, 50% ea, stack temp 100.4 degrees. theromostat sasified at 70 degrees to 72 less then 30 mins. Return temperature 70 degrees, warm supply temperature 105 degrees, total heat rise 35 degrees. filter looks clean and recently changed by customer. igniter read 55 ohms at room temp. Draft motor amps were 2.8. Within a timely manner the gas ignited into a solid blue flame with no yellow tips or roll backs. adjusted gas manifold pressure from 10 w.c to 9.7 w.c. Cleaned flame sensor, cleaned all burners, brushed off control board, cleaned inside and outside cabinet with microfiber towel, and vacuumed throughout. Inspected blower motor wheel which looks clean and runs without restriction. Blower motor amps were 3.8. and its voltage enhancement system read 12.1 vs factory spec of 12. which means it is also within allowable fault. Tightened all screws, and e
No AC call. Upon arrival customer informed that the air just didn't seem cool. Checked the air filtration system and it was clean. Checked evaporator coil system and it was clean. Went to the condenser outside to look at it. Condenser coil was dirty and needed cleaning. Opened voltage compartment and found d many faults with the voltage enhancement system. Spoke with customer and he also agreed. Replaced voltage enhancement system, gateway and added pumping system starter. Cleaned condenser coil system. Repaired and replaced all necessary wires and connections. Started unit up. Air removal and pumping system running proper voltage and amperes. Delta T at 20 degrees.
Furnace rejuvenation lp. Replaced air filtration system per customer. Last replacement was in April of this year. Air movement and circulation system clean. Water removal system clear. Cleaned sensor system. Ignition system has no cracks or hot spots. Cleaned flame distribution system. Air movement capacitance fully charged. Flame rectification proven. All systems running at proper voltage and amperes. Fuel distribution system set at proper pressure. All safety systems working properly. Temperature rise within factory specifications. No other concerns at this time.

In heating the supply is 121 and a 74 return with a 47 delta. Blower wheel was a little dirty, compartment look good. Cleaned blower wheel and it spins without restriction and the bearing is tight. Inducer spins without restriction and both condensate lines for the primary and secondary heat exchangers look good. Changed humidifier filter customer supplied and cleaned humidifier and cleared it's condensate line with c02 onto a paper towel. Evaporator coil looks good. Cleaned burners and the flame sensor, burners look good with no distortions on the fins. The ignitor has a white mark on it, but was able to ignite with no problems. Ignition occurred with no problems, flames were blue with hints of orange and no flames rolling back. Inducer amps were 0.5 and the blower amps were 2.4. Cleaned indoor unit.

Install follow up, customer stated that the indoor fan for the basement system the fan was not running on fan on at the stat, checked system and found that the inddor air movement system was running, set at 25% for fan only, changed to 55% per customer request.
In heat the supply is 120 and the return is 76 with a 44 delta. Blower wheel spins without restriction and the bearing is tight. Voltage absorption system read 19.8 with a factory setting of 20. Inducer motor spins without restriction. The condensate line from secondary heat exchanger is clear. Cleaned flame sensor, flame ignitor looks good. Burners look good with no warping or obstruction on fins. Inducer motor amps were 2.2 and blower motor amps were 4.7. Ignition occurred no problems, flame was blue with hints of orange and had good shape. In coiling the supply was 56 with a 73 return and a 17 delta. Air filter was checked and looks ok, recommend checking at end of the month. Cleaned exterior of furnace.
Replaced regulator and all gas line to furnace, stove and water heater.
Furnace check out, test ran in heat, exhaust gas flue temp at furnace 116 deg, manifold pressure 3.2" wc, factory spec 3.2 to 3.8" wc, operation normal at this time.

Inducer motor voltage absorption system read 4.9 with a factory setting of 5 and is within allowable fault. Cleaned flame sensor, flame ignitor looks fine. Blower amps were 7.6 and cleaned heat exchanger trap. Inducer amps were 0.25 with a factory setting of 0.39. Ignition happened no problems and the flames had the right shape and blue color. In heat the supply was 123 and the return was 82 with a 41 delta. Checked air filter and it was reday to be changed, 1x24x14 and recommend having an air ranger air cleaner installed. In cooling basement indoor unit has a supply of 53 and a return of 72 with a 19 delta. Voltage absorption system for the blower read 10 with a factory setting of 10. Repaired condensate removal system. Cleaned heat transfer media on outdoor unit. Installed compressor performance enhancement upgrade. Checked operation.
A/C cleaning. Kitchen unit supply 54 return 64, living room supply 64 return 74, bedroom supply 64 return 74, upstairs unit supply 60 return 72. All units are receiving proper voltage. All filters were taken out and cleaned, wiped down all panels and vacumned through out. Used foam coil cleaner on all indoor coils and outdoor coils. No fault codes were shown on none of the remotes all units are running properly at this time

Installing Amana 16 SEER 2.5 Ton Ac and 96% 2-stage furnace in the basement and 16 SEER 2.5 Ton AC and 80% 2-Stage ECM furnace for the attic. Both Furnace and AC are covered by a lifetime unit replacement warranty along with a 10 year parts and 10 year labor warranty. This system also includes 2 Air Rangers, one for each system.
Indoor blower fan not turning on. Checked voltage absorption system and it read 7.5 with a factory setting of 7.5. Tested power to ensure unit was receiving power, which it was. Noticed relay was loose, pushed it back in and tested blower turned on. Supply 63 and return 80 with a 17 delta. Unit working as intended.
No heat gas warm air, checked system and found that the ignition system had failed, installed replacement and cycled several times, 20x25x1 air filter dirty, customer to replace.
The customer needs a quote for us to come out twice a year to check out the cooling and heating operations of this normal sized residential furnace air handler and condenser and for us to provide an air filter (standard one-inch paper pleated) upon each visit.
