Changed dirty air filter customer supplied they have 0 left. Blower wheel looks fine, spins without restriction. Board and connections good. Both sides of coil fine, checked heat exchanger for safety. Set humidifier to summer mode, both UV lights working. Outdoor unit voltage enhancement system read 7.5/80 with a factory setting of 7.5/80. Amperage fine, checked disconnect for safety. Cleaned exterior, interior and coil. System normal operation at this time. When disconnect was put back in system did not turn on. Error code 72 temp lockout. Temperature too cold for system to run. System kicked on at 10:24 am while writing these notes.

Inspection for A/C system, checked and found system to be low on coolant due to several small leaks on the indoor heat exchange system, in addition only have a 15 degree delta t. System is 12 years old and nearing the end of its useful life. Also checked LP gad furnace and the main burners are starting to rot and should be replaced.

Service call for low to no cooling on the second floor. Upon arrival both the air circulation system and condenser were working. Taped some major gaps leaking cool air near and around the indoor coil. The cool supply air was 63 degrees and the room temp. return air was 75 for a Delta T of 12. The electronic refrigerant leak detector test proved negative. The outdoor ambient temp. was approximately 85, the indoor dry bulb was 77, the indoor wet bulb was 63, and the relative humidity was 40%. The liquid pressure was 285 and its line temp was 89 for an SC of 3. The vapor pressure was 115 and its line temp was 78 for an SH of 38. The condenser's discharge air temp. was 92. The system is low on refrigerant. Need to return and add some refrigerant. The customer showed me the lineset in the basement coming from upstairs and sure enough the leak detector pinged a few small times.

26-year-old propane furnace. Checked the air filter and it didn't need to be replaced. The air circulation system correctly started approximately one minute after the flames ignited. The warm supply air was 140 degrees and the room temperature return air was 70 degrees for a Delta T of 70. This is at the high end of the manufacturer's recommended rating. Measured .45 Amperes and 120 Volts on the combustion exhaust system, 24 Volts on the barometric sensor and fuel distribution system, .5 Ampere and 120 Volts on the ignition system, and 4.8 Amperes and 120 Volts on the air circulation system. The latter's voltage enhancer had a uF charge of 7.95. This is too high and above the manufacturer's recommended rating so I replaced it. The wiring and circuit board were in good condition, the burner and air circulation compartments were clean and in good condition, and no leaks were detected in the propane line or the combustion air and flue gas vent pipes. Purged the flue condensation pipe wit
