Daikin 17 SEER 12k mini split with 10 year parts and 12 year
Installing Single Zone Daikin 17 SEER 12k BTU Mini Split System with 10 year parts and 12 year labor warranty Indoor wall unit to be installed centered between the front wall and the bulk head. The space is 82.5†wide and the indoor unit is 35†wide. The line set should come out underneath the chimney in the opening between the two supports (see pictures). Chris will drill a pilot hole and prep before we get there to make sure that there are no wires in the way. Based on my measurements the line set should come out 50â€+ from the front wall and the edge of that foundation is 48†so we should be good to take our lines straight out from the back of the unit. No line hide will be needed because of the short run to the outdoor unit. Just need to be conscious of the minimum line set length.
Found contactor for 1st floor system failed, replaced it with new, system is now working normally at this time.
checked operations of heater and checked operation of A/C unit. Both operating within factory specs.

Changed air filter customer supplied they have 3 left. Checked electrical connections on board and they look good. Cleaned condensate line. Pan and coil both look great recommend a pan treatment to keep pan clean and condensate line clear. Blower wheel is clean and spins without restriction with a tight bearing and amp reading of 1.9. System normal operation at this time.
