Indoor unit has a supply of 52 and a return of 77 with a 25 delta. Static pressure supply is 0.12 and return is 0.03. Voltage enhancement system read 5 with a factory setting of 5. Coil looks fine on either side and pan is rusty. Blower dirty and spins without restriction and the bearing is tight. Filter looks ok, recommend checking again at end of the month. Outdoor unit voltage enhancement system read 7.5/39.8 with a factory setting of 7.5/40 and is within allowable fault. System tilted on arrival see photos. Recommend rebalancing system to protect lineset and compressor. Checked disconnect for safety and system normal operation at this time. Quoted for duct cleaning and balancing pad

Checked 3 mini split indoor units, 2 wall mounted and 1 floor mounted unit. Checked temperature split across indoor coils, Cleaned filters and evap coils for all 3 units. Checked wiring for loose connections and drains for proper operation. Checked outdoor heat pump, pressures are normal and wiring is in good condition. System is working normally at this time.

Indoor unit basement has a supply of 53 with a 73 return and 20 delta. Voltage enhancement system read 5 with a factory setting of 5. Blower wheel still looks clean after performing a cleaning in January. The blower wheel spins without restriction and the bearing is tight. Board looks good with no markings on it and connections are tight. Changed filter customer supplied they have 1 left. Cleaned condensate line with brush. Coil and pan both look good, replaced pan treatment with new one. Attic unit has a supply of 53 and a return of 71 with an 18 delta. Voltage enhancement system read 4.6 with a factory setting of 5 which is not within allowable fault, see estimate voltage for repair options. Blower wheel looks good and spins without restriction with the bearing tight. Coil and pan both look good, replaced pan treatment with new one. Cleaned condensate line out with brush. 1st floor system. The air circulation system and heat transfer media are clean although there is mold inside the cabinet. Air circulation system is drawing 6.6A and the voltage enhancer is within specifications with a reading of 10.0. The static pressure is the system is -.47/-.82 in the return and +.11/+.33 in the supply. Return air 69DB, supply air 49DB, temperature drop is 20 degrees. The air exhaust system is drawing .9A, voltage enhancer has a reading of 2.99 which is within specs. The refrigerant circulation system is drawing 13.6A at 246V, the voltage enhancer is out of specs with a reading of 36.4 vs. 40.0. There is pitting in the voltage distribution system. 2nd floor system. The air circulation system and heat transfer media are clean. There is mold in the 2nd floor system as well. install follow up, check for noise from furnace found foil tape between coil and furnace loose and making a rattle noise, re-taped both sides of coil no more noise at this time.

Indoor unit has a supply of 124 and a 78 return with a 46 heat rise. Exhaust removal system 2.7 with a factory setting of 2.8. Burners and flame safety system both look fine. Blower wheel, compartment and circuit control system dusty. Recommend a higher level duct cleaning silver and above or a furnace cleaning to maintain system performance. Blower wheel spins without restriction and the bearing is tight. Filter looks good, recommend checking again at the end of April. Connections are good and tight and heat exchanger looks fine. Ignition occurred with no problems with flame being blue with orange tips and no flames rolling back. In cooling mode the supply is 47 with a return of 66 and a 16 delta. System normal operation at this time. Outdoor unit voltage enhancement system read 5/44.6 with a factory setting of 5/45 and is within allowable fault. Indoor unit basement has a supply of 132 and a return of 74. Voltage enhancement system read 10 with a factory setting of 10 with a 5.5 amp reading. Blower wheel is clean and spins without restriction and the bearing is tight. The exhaust removal system read 1.3 amps with a factory setting of 1.6. The high limit amps were 0.3 and pressure amps were 0.4. Cleaned burners and they look good. Ignitor ignited gas on first try, flame was blue with hints of orange no flames rolling back. System normal operation at this time, changed air filter customer supplies. Indoor unit attic has a supply of 84 with a 74 return. When auxiliary heat came on the supply was 117 with a 74 return. The voltage enhancement system read 4.6 with a factory setting of 5 and is below allowable fault. New installed new 5mfg voltage enhancement system on blower, amp reading 4.6 normal operation. Indoor unit attic has a supply of 59 and a return of 75 with a 16 delta. Blower wheel looks good and the wheel spins without restriction and the bearing is tight. Coil looks good as does pan, condensate line clear too. Air filter looks good and doesn't need to be changed. Ductwork looks good with no visible compromises. Indoor basement unit supply is 53 and return is 72 with a 19 delta. Voltage absorption system read 5 with a factory setting of 5. Coil looks good as does pan and condensate line. Filter looks to be in good condition. Blower wheel a little dirty as is compartment, wiped down compartment and recommend blower wheel gets cleaned in fall. Blower wheel spins without any restrictions and the bearing is tight. Ductwork looks good without any visible compromises and the heat exchanger looks good too. Three-year-old Amana propane furnace, three-year-old indoor coil, and three-year-old Goodman condenser. The outdoor ambient temp was approximately 70 degrees. The cool supply air was 50 degrees and the room temperature return air was 70 for a Delta T of 20. Measured 5.6 Amperes on the air circulation system and verified the circuit board and wiring were in good condition. The indoor coil was clean. Cleaned the EZ Trap safety sensor and added some descaler to it to prevent clogs, and also added some descaler to both to prevent clogs. The refrigerant pumping system's run amps were 4.7 (RLA is 13), the start amps were 5.2, and the air exhaust system's amps were .5 (FLA is .95). Water cleaned the outdoor coil, and confirmed the blades, disconnect, wiring, and voltage distributor were in good condition. The latter had a normal 236 Volts in and out of it. The outdoor voltage enhancer had a correct uF charge. The condenser's discharge air temp was approximately 85.
