Indoor unit basement has a supply of 132 and a return of 74. Voltage enhancement system read 10 with a factory setting of 10 with a 5.5 amp reading. Blower wheel is clean and spins without restriction and the bearing is tight. The exhaust removal system read 1.3 amps with a factory setting of 1.6. The high limit amps were 0.3 and pressure amps were 0.4. Cleaned burners and they look good. Ignitor ignited gas on first try, flame was blue with hints of orange no flames rolling back. System normal operation at this time, changed air filter customer supplies. Indoor unit attic has a supply of 84 with a 74 return. When auxiliary heat came on the supply was 117 with a 74 return. The voltage enhancement system read 4.6 with a factory setting of 5 and is below allowable fault. New installed new 5mfg voltage enhancement system on blower, amp reading 4.6 normal operation. Blower was dirty, cleaned blower and compartment. Blower spins without restriction and the bearing is tight. Outdoor unit

Rejuvenation mini splits(2 heads) and floor mount. Downstairs mini split. System has water removal pump which is clear and in working order. Cleaned filters. Coil clear and in good condition. Both fan and heat settings work properly. Temperature output within standards. Upstairs mini split. Cleaned filters. Coil clear and in good condition. Both fan and heat settings work properly. Temperature output within standards. Floor mount system. Cleaned filter. Coil clear and in good condition. Both fan and heat settings work properly. Temperature output within standards. All electrical wiring and terminations for the 3 heads are in good condition. Outdoor system. Cleaned off coil with water. All hot discharge line temperatures within standards. All electrical wiring and terminations in good condition. Outdoor sensor in working order. No signs of leaks present. System working as it should and in good condition. Set all time on remotes.

Indoor unit attic has a supply of 59 and a return of 75 with a 16 delta. Blower wheel looks good and the wheel spins without restriction and the bearing is tight. Coil looks good as does pan, condensate line clear too. Air filter looks good and doesn't need to be changed. Ductwork looks good with no visible compromises. Indoor basement unit supply is 53 and return is 72 with a 19 delta. Voltage absorption system read 5 with a factory setting of 5. Coil looks good as does pan and condensate line. Filter looks to be in good condition. Blower wheel a little dirty as is compartment, wiped down compartment and recommend blower wheel gets cleaned in fall. Blower wheel spins without any restrictions and the bearing is tight. Ductwork looks good without any visible compromises and the heat exchanger looks good too. Outdoor unit attic voltage absorption system read 5/33.7 with a factory setting of 5/35 and is within allowable fault. The FLA is 0.6 with a factory setting of 0.64 and the RLA is

Three-year-old Amana propane furnace, three-year-old indoor coil, and three-year-old Goodman condenser. The outdoor ambient temp was approximately 70 degrees. The cool supply air was 50 degrees and the room temperature return air was 70 for a Delta T of 20. Measured 5.6 Amperes on the air circulation system and verified the circuit board and wiring were in good condition. The indoor coil was clean. Cleaned the EZ Trap safety sensor and added some descaler to it to prevent clogs, and also added some descaler to both to prevent clogs. The refrigerant pumping system's run amps were 4.7 (RLA is 13), the start amps were 5.2, and the air exhaust system's amps were .5 (FLA is .95). Water cleaned the outdoor coil, and confirmed the blades, disconnect, wiring, and voltage distributor were in good condition. The latter had a normal 236 Volts in and out of it. The outdoor voltage enhancer had a correct uF charge. The condenser's discharge air temp was approximately 85.

Both blower wheel and compartment look to be in good condition. The ductwork looks good with no visible compromises. The heat exchanger looks good too. The air filter was changed customer supplied, old one looking gray. Left key under mat where found and put thermostat back to 75.

Low cooling service call. The customer said the refrigerant lines inside the house and out were freezing up. 17-year-old Goodman condenser and 16-year-old Payne furnace. Upon arrival the air circulation system (measured 4.9 Amperes on it) and condenser both started and the customer said he put in a new air filter. The outdoor ambient temp was approximately 70 degrees. The liquid pressure was 165 and its line temp was 83 for an SC of 6. The vapor pressure was 48 and its line temp was 71 for an SH of 47. The cool supply air was 53 and the room temperature return air was 75 for a Delta T of 22. However, there may be a problem with the ductwork because the supply air through the house only averaged approximately 66 degrees. The indoor coil was clean (as was the outdoor coil) but the refrigerant leak detector test was positive finding numerous small leaks on it. Didn't detect any damage or major leaks allowing the cool supply air to escape. Ran the system for an hour and didn't see any part
