Made repairs to return duct after the plumber had repaired the water leak.
Water leak above ductwork, cut out return cap so that the plumber can make repair, need to return and patch holes after water line repair is complete.
Warranty parts and labor arrival found leak at suction king valve used treadsealant to repair leak. Charged system. Operation normal at this time#,moon
A/C Rejuvenation on 3 mini split units. Checked temperature split across indoor coils, Cleaned filters. Checked wiring for loose connections and drains for proper operation. Checked outdoor unit heat Pressures are normal. Inspected all wiring for looseness and burns. All voyage is correct. Drained units Systems are cooling at this time.
Very small leak at union, installed replacement, test for leaks.
Upon arrival homeowner stated that unit would trip the breaker and noticed before we came out in September. When inspecting unit, homeowner turned on tstat and unit did not engage. Noticed all bolts were missing and when opened cover noticed comp wire cover was in cabinet. Disconnect was also inserted wrong. As soon as disconnect was properly inserted unit tried to turn in and nothing happened. Noticed comp wires were burned and one prong was loose. Went to ohm out comp and prong came out. Quoted homeowner with repair, decided to get a project manager out on 24th of April at 11a to further discuss options (when choosing a option service fee will get credited into the option chose) Unit is not cooling properly at this time
Club heating service inspection: Glow bar=.53 amps flame sensor=.2 micro amps, everything is running at factory spec. Changed media filter and checked blower wheel. 1 media filter left, need more for next visit.
Duct cleaning. Vacumned return and supply trucks, Vacumned all return and supply branches. Took all registers out and wash them with all purpose cleaner and ripnsed. Cleaned blower and poured cleaner down drain to prevent clogs. Fogged system for 10 minutes. Also cleaned dryer vent.

Replaced compressor. Brazed in new compressor flowed nitrogen, pressureed tested at 350 psig, Vacumned system to 300 microns, weighed in new refrigerat operation normal at this time

Drain down existing power vent water heater, installed new replacement, also installed replacement expansion system checked for water leaks.
Indoor unit has a supply of 52 and a return of 77 with a 25 delta. Static pressure supply is 0.12 and return is 0.03. Voltage enhancement system read 5 with a factory setting of 5. Coil looks fine on either side and pan is rusty. Blower dirty and spins without restriction and the bearing is tight. Filter looks ok, recommend checking again at end of the month. Outdoor unit voltage enhancement system read 7.5/39.8 with a factory setting of 7.5/40 and is within allowable fault. System tilted on arrival see photos. Recommend rebalancing system to protect lineset and compressor. Checked disconnect for safety and system normal operation at this time. Quoted for duct cleaning and balancing pad
Checked 3 mini split indoor units, 2 wall mounted and 1 floor mounted unit. Checked temperature split across indoor coils, Cleaned filters and evap coils for all 3 units. Checked wiring for loose connections and drains for proper operation. Checked outdoor heat pump, pressures are normal and wiring is in good condition. System is working normally at this time.
