Great Service, Great Techs
Karla - Elkton, MD
Justin and Jamir did an excellent job installing my system! They cleaned the basement floor before they brought anything in to protect the inside of my new furnace, placed protective covers over my floors, and wore shoe covers and masks in my house. The new AC unit went on a new plastic base and looks great. Justin gave me a rundown on the components of the new system so I have a better understanding of how it works; he is extremely knowledgeable and good at explaining in layman’s terms how it works. Excellent service overall!

Moon Air sent a terrific sales rep to my house - friendly, personable and knowledgeable. And they honored a price they gave me 2 years ago when I first started looking and couldn’t pull the trigger. That’s a pretty amazing situation.

Our HVAC unit needs replacement due to deterioration. Justin and Derrick, came on time & ready to work. They practiced precautionary measures by wearing masks, gloves, social distancing & applied shoe covers prior to entering the house & covered the work area with sheets. They are very respectful, hard working individuals and work as a team and left the area spotless. They go above & beyond their duty. They showed & explained to us what they did and made sure we have a good understanding of the unit & how it works. We are one happy customer & highly recommend Moon air.
