No A/C second floor apartment, checked system and found low voltage circuit protection system had failed due to shorted coil on the outdoor unit gateway, installed replacement circuit protection and gateway test ran.
A/C Rejuvenation Indoor: checked for any burnt or loose connections, blower is clean, cleaned out cabinet, capacitor still in factory spec, air ranger filter was changed at beginning of month. Outdoor: checked for any burnt or loose connections, found a few marks on the thermostat wire and it was showing bare wire so I put some electrical tape around those spot, capacitor was still in factory spec and coils were good, cleaned out electrical cabinet, and whipped down unit. Unit is ready for the summer

customer is signing up for the gold club plan and 3 mini split add ons
Club service gas heat, test ran system, inducer fan amps 1.2, glow bar .8, indoor fan 4.7, flame current 2.4uamps, air filter clean. Factory spec temp rise 30 to 60 degrees, actual 49 degrees, operation normal at this time.
Club service, Mini-Split System, two outdoor units and five head units, cleaned all air filters and checked for any fault codes, both systems are within factory spec at this time.
Customer brought a concern to my attention. The flames would come on but after the inducer motore would modulate for a couple minutes like someone is revenge an engine then eventually the whole system would come on. Checked system and found that the indoor control system is starting to fail, 10 year parts until March 23 2021, installed replacement control and also completed club service. Inducer fan amps 2.4, glow bar .6, indoor fan amps 4.1, flame current 1.4uamps, removed and cleaned sensor now at 2.8uamps, 40 degree temperature rise, filters need to be changed.

Indoor unit has a supply of 129 and a return of 84 with a 45 heat rise. Turned gas off at fuel delivery system and ignition ceases. Ignition occurred with no issues with flame ignition system. Flames are blue, straight and no flames are dancing or rolling back. System satisfied temperature on thermostat and cut gas off. Gas shut off on gas line working as intended. Exhaust removal amps read 0.9 with a factory setting of 1.05. Blower wheel clean, spins without restriction and the bearing is tight. Blower amps read 5.5. Voltage enhancement system read 19.5 with a factory setting of 20 and is within allowable fault. Static pressure supply read 0.18 and return read -0.08. System normal operation at this time.
Goodman 2.5 ton AC and Coil with new thermostat
Clean and checked a/c system, 21 degree temperature split across indoor coil, air filter had been changed recently but recommend replacing soon, blower wheel was clean and condensate removal system working properly. All voltages, amperages and systems were all within manufacturers specs for indoor and outdoor units, system is working normally at this time.
14 SEER 2 Ton AC and 80% 60k furnace
Club service gas with A/C, outdoor system was very dirty, chemically cleaned and test ran, 18 degrees delta t, compressor run load amps factory spec 15.4, 7.4, outdoor fan full load amps factory spec. 95, actual. 9, voltage enhancement system factory spec 45/5, actual 44.7/4.8, within factory specifications. Test ran furnace and changed customer supplied filter, inducer fan amps. 4, glow bar .3, flame current 2.2 uamps, indoor fan 2.6, operation normal at this time.
Installing 14 SEER 2 Ton AC and 80% 60k Furnace with new line set and thermostat. 10 year parts, 10 year compressor, lifetime heat exchanger, and 1 year labor warranty
Installing Goodman 14 SEER 2.5 Ton AC and coil with new line set and condensate pump to re-route the drain out by the condenser. We will also perform a â€œtune-upâ€ and check over of our furnace that we installed. Install scheduled for 9/28 when Justin is back in town
Ower stated water was entering inside panel from main cable. Removed meter cover and sealed load side cable with silicone caulk. Removed pvc lb cover and took picture of sediment lining in lb bottom. Seal back opening with duct seal to prevent any water from entering home .
Performed electrical inspection on basement outlets and switches. There are a few minor fixes to be done. Installed GFCI outlet BEHIND bar and tightened all outlets and put plates where necessary.
Club service A/C, changed customer supplied air filters, 2 - 16x25x1, test ran system in cooling, 18 degree delta t, compressor run load amps factory spec 17.9, actual 8.6, outdoor fan full load amps factory spec 1.5, actual 2.2 voltage enhancement system factory spec 45/5, actual 44.5/4.9, operation within factory specifications at this time.
In heating the supply is 128 with a 72 return with a 56 delta. Blower wheel was a little dirty so cleaned it, blower compartment looks good. Blower wheel spins without restriction and the bearing is tight. There is no C0 detector near furnace, strongly recommend that customer has one installed. Checked ductwork near filters and saw dirt and dust, also used camera to check ductwork even further and saw more dust/dirt build up and recommend a duct cleaning. Board looks good with no burn marks on it and connections are tight. Cleaned condensate line with brush and checked condensate lines from secondary heat exchanger and exhaust removal system, both are clear. Exhaust removal system clicks while spinning and had an amp reading of 3.13 with a factory setting of 2.8 and is above allowable fault. Limit switch had an amp reading of 0.4. Cleaned burners and flame safety, both had no distortions. Flame ignitor looks good too. Gas shut off working properly, ignition occurred no problems with th
Mini split system. Indoor systems. Heat and fan modes working properly on all systems. All coil systems clean. Cleaned all air filtration systems. Outdoor systems. Coil systems clean and working properly. All systems working as they should be. Nat gas furnace. Replaced air filtration system per customer. Air movement and circulation system clean. Cleaned sensor system. Cleaned flame distribution system. Both air movement and air exhaust systems have correct uf charges. No cracks or hot spots on ignition system. Flame rectification proven. Fuel delivery system set to proper pressure. All systems running at proper voltages and amperes. All safety systems working properly. Temperature rise within factory specifications. No other concerns at this time.
In cooling the indoor unit has a supply of 44 with a 64 return and 20 delta. In heat the supply is 139 with a 84 return and a 55 delta. Cleaned air ranger grate, replaced media with new one customer supplied they have no extra. Tons of dirt build up on air ranger, recommend duct cleaning. Cleaned flame sensor, checked ignitor and both look good. Cleaned burners and gas valve, there was no obstruction between fins and nothing was distorted. Voltage absorption system read 4.9 with a factory setting of 5 and is within allowable fault in the Inducer motor. The Inducer motor amps were 0.2 and the blower motor amps were 3.4. Blower looks clean, compartment was wiped up, clean exterior of furnace. UV light on third year, recommend replacement to retain effectiveness.
Returned and installed replacement power system for Air Ranger Air Filteration system, checked operation, working normal at this time.
