Found compressor has failed internally, recommend replacing system due to age and overall condition of the equipment. Having project manager give them a quote on replacement. Also chimney cap has fallen off, found it by condenser, looks like it has been off for quite some time.

Indoor unit has a supply of 51 and a return of 70 with a 19 delta. Voltage enhancement system read 9.6 with a factory setting of 10 and is within allowable fault. Blower wheel looks good and spins without restriction and the bearing is tight. Coil and pan are clean, cleaned condensate line with cleaner. Checked air filter, looks ok and recommend customer checks again at end of May. Outdoor unit voltage enhancement system read 4.9/34.1 with a factory setting of 5/35 and is within allowable fault. Cleaner outdoor coil and cleaned out debris in condensor. Checked disconnect, normal operation at this time.

18-year-old Armstrong oil furnace, 10-year-old Goodman condenser, three-year-old Carrier indoor coil. The outside ambient temp was approximately 65 degrees and the indoor dry bulb was approximately 68. The cool supply air was 47 degrees and the room temperature return air was 65 for a Delta T of 18. Measured 4.75 Amperes on the air circulation system and its voltage enhancer had a correct uF charge. The indoor coil was clean and I purged the water removal system's discharge tube with CO2 and added some descaler to it to prevent clogs. The refrigerant pumping system's run amps were 4.85 (RLA is 14), the start amps were 4.4, and the air exhaust system's amps were .6 (FLA is 1.1). Cleaned the electrical compartment, and confirmed the outdoor coil was clean and the blades, disconnect, wiring, and voltage distributor were in good condition. The latter had a normal 245 Volts in and out of it. The outdoor voltage enhancer had a correct uF charge.

14-year-old oil-fired boiler. Checked the outside oil tank and it was in good condition (it was full). Replaced the oil line filter and gaskets and cleaned the oil canister. Replaced the burner tube nozzle and checked and cleaned the electrodes, cad cell, igniter springs, and turbulator. Camera inspected the heat exchanger and checked the pump pressure. Didn't detect any problems with soot in the chimney pipe or holes in it. Smoke tested it and made a slight change to the air shutter for a cleaner burn. The water temp and pressure were normal.
