Installing bronze level furnace and AC system
Outdoor unit voltage enhancement system read 4.5/43 with a factory setting of 5/45 and is below allowable fault. The FLA is 0.46 and the RLA is 5.5. Coil is dirty, recommend cleaning to prevent malfunction. Inside drain holes clear. Indoor unit has a supply of 54 and a return of 70 with a 16 delta. Voltage enhancement system read 19.8 with a factory setting of 20 and is within allowable fault. Exhaust removal system read 2.9 with a factory setting of 2.8. Blower is a little dirty and spins without restriction and the bearing is tight. Filter looks fine, recommend checking at end of July. Flame detection system has no damage on it but discolored. Flame ignition system has discoloration but intact. Ignition occurred with no problems, flames blue and no flames rolling back. Heat exchanger looks ok. Both sides of coil looks ok and pan is clean too. Condensate line is clear.
Indoor unit has a supply of 51 with a return of 66 and a 15 delta. Air filter has been replaced recently by customer, recomend checking filter at end of June. Blower wheel dirty, recommend we clean in fall. Wheel spins without restriction and the bearing is tight. Static pressure supply is 0.2 and return is -0.36. Coil, pan and heat exchanger look fine. Resealed door to coil, new supply temp is 50. Outdoor unit voltage enhancement system read 9.2/41.5 with a factory setting of 10/45 and is below allowable fault. The FLA is 1.1 and the RLA is 5.75. Inside drain holes clear, cleaned coil. Checked disconnect for safety, system normal operation at this time.
Club A/C service, changed customer supplied air filter, cleaned and test ran in cooling, 20 degree delta t, compressor run load amps factory spec 8.6, actual 4.3, outdoor fan full load amps factory spec 1.3, actual .9, voltage enhancement system factory spec 25/5, actual 22/4.9, below the factory spec, installed replacement, operation within factory specifications at this time.
New system system start up, had two system updates, installed, set up system control and made sure wall control was operating the system as per manufacturers specifications. Checked and adjusted charge.
Ac club service. Checked indoor system getting 25 degree delta t with a 50 degree ambient temperature. Changed filter supplied by customer. Cleaned ez trap saftey sensor snd ez trap tubing. Checked blower motor wheel snd it is clean. Checked evaporator and it is clean. Checked uv system and it is working. Checked outdoor system cleaned outdoor coil. Checked voltage enhancement system and it read eithim factory spec of 35/5. Brushed out eletrical cabinet and tighten all electrical connections. Compressor and fan amps were within allowable fault. Operation normal at this time
Arrived and investigated problem and found fault in wiring. Fixed fault and replaced all outlets and switches in room. Performed safety check and installed an arc fault breaker in panel. Tightened all connections in panel. Will come back in a year to perform safety inspection.

Coil is currently clean. The FLA is 0.7 and the RLA was 5.5. Indoor unit has a supply of 46 with a 68 return and a 22 delta. Blower wheel looks good, and spins without restriction and the bearing is tight. Board looks good and connections are tight. Checked both sides of coil and they look good. Cleaned pan and condensate line, installed new pan treatment.
Club service ac. Changed air filter supplied by Customer. Got a 19 degree delta t. Checked blower wheel, checked coil, both are clean. Check Electrical connections, Checked outdoor system outdoor coil and it is clean rla was 5.4, fla 0.9, voltage enhancement system read 40.3/4.9. Vs factory spec of 40/5.
Club service Geo, test ran system in cooling, 20 degree delta t, installed drain pan treatment, checked and electrical connections, indoor air filter clean, voltage enhancement system and gateway replaced last year. System operation within factory specifications at this time.
Install follow up, seal between the furnace and coil, also finished suction line insulation at the coil inlet, about 10" missing.
Indoor unit supply is 117 with a return of 61 and a heat rise of 56. The blower wheel was dirty, cleaned it and compartment. Blower wheel spins without restriction and the bearing is tight with an amp reading of 5.5. Board looks good with no markings on it and connections are tight. Air filter needs to be replaced, it's a 16x25x1. Gas valve and gas line shit off both work. Cleaned burners and flame safety system, flame safety system read 1.6 microfarads before and 1.8 microfarads after. Exhaust removal system voltage enhancement system read 4.8 with a factory setting of 5 and is within allowable fault. Ignition occurred with no problems with the flame being blue and no flames rolling back. Heat exchanger looks good. System normal operation at this time.
Domestic water too hot, adjust tank temperature in tankless water temperatures lower water temperature.
No domsetic hot water, checked system and found that the zone pump for the domestic storage tank, installed replacement pumping system, however need to return on Wednesday to service and flush the tankless heater system, checked for water leaks and test ran, operation normal at this time. Returned and complete the repairs as per estimate for Monday, operation normal at this time
Club Service. Successfully ran less thwn a year old furnace gas warm air furnace through all stages of operation. Return temperature 71 degrees, warm supply temperature 115 degrees, total heat rise 44 degrees. filter recently changed by customer. Draft motor amps were 1.4 and its voltage enhancement system read 4.8 vs factory spec of 5, which means it is within allowable fault. Within a timely manner the gas ignited into a solid blue flame with no yellow tips. Cleaned flame sensor, cleaned all burners, brushed off control board, cleaned inside and outside cabinet with microfiber towel, and vacuumed throughout. Inspected blower motor wheel which looks clean and runs without restriction. Blower motor amps were 3.2. Tightened all screws, and electrical connections. Furnace is in proper working order at this time.
Indoor unit supply read 114 with a 68 return and heat rise. The flame safety system read 2 microfarads before cleaning and 2.6 microfarads after. Exhaust re oval system read 2.2 amps with a factory amp setting of 2.8. The voltage enhancement system read 14.9 with a factory setting of 15 and is within allowable fault. Checked air filter and it was dirty, also checked return ductwork and found sitting dust and debris. Recommended duct cleaning after they finish construction, and an air ranger now to protect system till then. Current air filter size is 16x20x1, should replace air filter asap. Blower wheel looks good as does compartment, wheel spins without restriction and the bearing is tight. Board looks good with no markings on it and connections are tight. Cleaned burners and flame safety system, both look good. Heat exchanger looks good, as does the ignitor. Ignition occurred with no problems with the flame being blue and no flames rolling back. System normal operation at this time.
Club Service. Successfully ran four year old gas warm air furnace through all stages of operation. Return temperature approximately 70 degrees, warm supply temperature 123 degrees, total heat rise 53 degrees. Filter recently changed by customer. Draft motor amps were 1.1 and its voltage enhancement system read within allowable fault. Within a timely manner the gas ignited into a solid blue flame with no yellow tips. flame sensor read 1.1-1.2 micro amps, after cleaning flame sensor it is reading 1.9-2.2 micro amps. All burners look good, brushed off control board, cleaned inside and outside cabinet with microfiber towel. Inspected blower motor wheel which looks clean and runs without restriction. Blower motor amps were 6.1, and its voltage enhancement system read 21.5 vs factory spec of 20uf, which means it is also within allowable fault. Tightened all screws and electrical connections. Furnace is in proper working order at this time.
Found tube on radiant heater corroded through. Made temporary repair to allow operation. Recommend replacement of heater and tube due to significant corrosion.
Returned and installed new Moisture System, test ran, checked for leaks on both the supply and drain lines, operation normal at this time.

i only feel that we should use the factory replacement air movement system for your house.
