High oil usage hybrid system check operation of heat pump return air temperature 70 degrees Supply air temperature 94 degrees outdoor temperature 48 degrees check calibration outdoor sensor actual outdoor temperature 48 degrees. Small fuel leak at fusible valve for oil supply.

In heating the supply is 118 with a 75 return and 43 heat rise. Both gas shot off and safety switch on unit are working. Voltage enhancement system on exhaust removal system read 4.9 with a factory setting of 5 and is within allowable fault. Found air filter and humidifier filter ready to be replaced. Blower wheel was dirty, cleaned it. Blower wheel spins without restrictions a d tye bearing is tight. Board looks good with no burn marks and connections are tight. Blower amps were 2.3. Cleaned burners and flame safety system. Did a cat scan on heater exchangers looks good. Ignition occurred with no problems, flames were blue, real and orange with no flames rolling back. Turned system off at thermostat, turned it back on then lowered temperature and finally raised temperature back up. System functioned properly during this sequence, will have to return and put air filter in customer supplied. 49.00 dollar response fee to do so, customer will contact office when filter comes in.

No heat oil, checked system and found no system control installed, installed replacement and test ran, unit needs to be cleaned and serviced customer did not want to do at this time, in addition the chimley base was blocked, removed so customer could use equipment recommend customer get a chimley to look at the chimley. Club Service geo thermal system Successfully through all stages of operation. Return temperature 71 degrees, warm supply temperature 106 degrees, total heat rise 35 degrees. filter should be changed soon, brushed off control board, cleaned inside and outside cabinet with microfiber towel, and vacuumed throughout. Inspected blower motor wheel which looks clean and runs without restriction. Blower motor amps were 5.4, and its voltage enhancement system read 4.9 vs factory spec of 5, which means it is also within allowable fault. Tightened all screws, and electrical connections found water around clondesate pump, used galo gun and vinicer to clear clog would not be a bad idea to replace condesate tubing because o age. geo thermal is in proper working order at this time

Furance inspection: SA 114 w/ Return 74.4, air removal system in good condition w/ running amps at 2.5 Amps, Voltages absorption System within allowable fault at 19.7 Amps. Filter is clean. Burners were aittle rusted showing more orange flame. Cleaned burners and flame sensor. Blue flame with orange tip. Blower fan looks good with amps 3.7 Amps. Check all electrical terminals, Recommended changing filter in month or two and level one cleaning on blower fan. Clean

Return temperature 79, supply 59 delta 20 degrees. used foam cleaner spray to clean coil,. pan does look clean. replaced old pan treatment and installed new pan treatment to keep it that way. also used brush too clear ez trap. checked blower it looks clean and runs without restriction. also wiped down unit. outdoor unit voltage enhacement system read 42.9/4.1 vs factory spec of 45/5 and is within allowable fault. voltage gateway was getting 239 volts in and out and showed no pitting. used hose to clean outdoor coil. unit is working proplerly at this time.

Three-year-old Amana propane furnace and Goodman condenser. The outdoor ambient temp was approximately 82 degrees. Replaced the dirty air filter with one provided by the customer, verified the UV light was working, and ensured the humidifier was correctly set for the summer. The cool supply air was 55 and the room temperature return air was 72 for a Delta T of 17. Measured 7.1 Amperes on the air circulation system, and verified the circuit board and wiring were in good condition. Cleaned the indoor coil and purged the water removal system's discharge tube with CO2 to prevent clogs. The refrigerant pumping system's run amps were 5.3 (RLA is 12), the start amps were 5.1, and the air exhaust system's amps were .55 (FLA is 1.1). Confirmed the outdoor coil was clean, cleaned the electrical compartment, and verified the blades, disconnect, wiring, and voltage distributor were in good condition. The latter had a normal 243 Volts in and out of it. The voltage enhancer had a correct uF charge.

Outdoor unit voltage absorption systemz running 44.65/4.9 with a factory setting of 45/5 with a FLA of 0.7 and a RLA of 6.5. The indoor unit has a return of 52 and a supply of 72 and the voltage absorption system running at 4.35 which is below factory setting and was replaced. Coil and blower motor a little dirty.
