Oil furnace-Lennox O11Q3-105 SN: 5878B17950 .65 70A Cleaned heat exchanger. Replaced nozzle and oil filter. Adjusted electrodes. Not enough oil in tank to do combustion test. Pump bleed fitting broke. Burner end cone falling off, looks like previous repair/replacement attempt. Electrodes worn. Furnace breach collar corroded. Oil tank gauge sight glass broken. Recommend planning for replacement of system due to age and cost of repairs.

Indoor unit has a supply of 115 with a 69 return of with a 46 delta. Blower wheel and compartment both look good with the blower wheel spinning without restriction and the bearing is tight. Customer recently changed air filter and it looks good. Checked the condensate line going from trap to pump and it is clear. Also checked the condensate lines going from primary and secondary heat exchangers to trap and their clear too. Voltage enhancement system for the exhaust removal system read 5 with a factory setting of 5. The blower amps were 2.6 and the ignitor amps were 0.5. Cleaned burners which had no distortions on them and the flame safety system. Ignitor looked fine too. Ignition occurred with no problems with the flame being blue and no flames rolling back. Wiped down exterior of unit and cleaned the EZ trap.

Cooling club rejuvenation and service call for no cooling on the trailer's furnace and condenser system. Upon arrival the air circulation system was working but the refrigerant pumping and air exhaust systems would not. The outdoor voltage enhancer had a correct uF charge (44 and 4.8), there was both line and low voltage going into the voltage distributor, a resistance check on the latter showed it was okay, but barely. A new distributor worked and the two systems started; 240 were going in and out of it The pumping system's run amps were nine (RLA is 16), the start amps were 5.5, and the air exhaust system's amps were .55 (FLA is 1.1). However, a resistance check on these systems' windings show the start and common winding on the refrigerant pumping system is starting to fail. I sent an estimate for an approximate cost to replace it. Confirmed the outdoor coil was clean, and the blades, disconnect, and wiring were in good condition. The outdoor ambient temp was approximately 90 and t

Indoor unit has a supply of 51 and a return of 74 with a 23 delta. The voltage absorption system read 4.6 with a factory setting of 7.5 and is below allowable fault. Blower is a little dirty, recommend we clean in fall. Due to location of blower it'd be a level 2 cleaning, membership covers a level one. So to have blower cleaned in fall customer would have to pay the difference between a level one cleaning and level two, estimate will reflect that. Coil looks fine and pan had some build up near condensate line, cleared condensate line with c02. Heat exchangers and ductwork look fine. Air filter is ready to be chanfed, customer will take care of. Outdoor unit voltage absorption system read 4.3/38.4 with a factory setting of 5/40 and is below allowable fault. The FLA 0.6 with a factory setting of 1.1 and the RLA is 5.8 with a factory setting of 14.1. The outdoor unit was cleaned and the disconnect tightened.

Service call for no cooling on the 1st floor. Upon arrival the air circulation system was working but the condenser was not. The problem was a burned out wire at the voltage distributor. Fixed the wire, and replaced both the voltage distributor and enhancer.

Service call for no cooling. Just installed a few days ago. Found the wet switch had triggered the no cooling. Couldn't reset it. Despite trying to dry it and turning the power off and on, it wouldn't reset. Removed it from the system just so the customer would get cooling tonight. Need to return so we can reinstall a new wet switch.
